Stabilized wheat germ is used as a sprinkler on foods.
Variants- Natural Sprinkler, Salty sprinkler, Sweet sprinkler
Natural Sprinkler- Plain stabilized /toasted wheat germ
Salty Sprinkler- Stabilized germ, salt, dehydrated onion shreds, Chilli flakes, pepper powder, dehydrated garlic flakes/shreds, dehydrated ginger bits, A number of variants are possible with herbal spices.
Sweet Sprinkler- Sugar /honey coated germ, dried with flavours like strawberry, vanilla, etc. Chocolate coating on germs is also possible.
